Terms & Conditions – nagad9 Platform Rules and Player Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the nagad9 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at nagad9.ws.
• "Account" means the registered player profile created by you to access nagad9 services.
• "Balance" means the real-money credit held in your nagad9 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your Account by nagad9, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by you on a sports event, casino game, or any other product available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Know Your Customer" (KYC) means the identity and age verification process that nagad9 requires players to complete.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to the deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion features offered by nagad9.

To register and maintain an Account on nagad9 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. nagad9 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by nagad9 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee of nagad9 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You will maintain only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden. Where multiple accounts are detected, nagad9 reserves the right to void all associated bets and close all but one account without notice.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

nagad9 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

nagad9 applies a Know Your Customer process to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of all players. You may be required to submit the following documents at any point:

• A valid government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or mobile wallet statement.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

Until KYC verification is completed to nagad9's satisfaction, the Platform may restrict deposit limits, suspend withdrawals, or place the Account in review status. nagad9 is not liable for any delays or losses arising from a player's failure to complete verification in a timely manner.

All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and are used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. nagad9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits made via mobile wallets are typically credited to your Balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

You must only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or accepting deposits from third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. nagad9 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals via bKash or Nagad. Processing times for bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically within the same business day during operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.

nagad9 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or internal compliance procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. nagad9 may set maximum daily or weekly withdrawal limits at its discretion, and will communicate any applicable limits to affected players via Account notification.

4.3 Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider in respect of any deposit made to nagad9 constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nagad9 reserves the right to close the associated Account, recover the relevant funds from any outstanding Balance, and pursue any legal remedies available in connection with fraudulent chargebacks.

nagad9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies its own wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games or markets, and expiry period. These specific terms accompany each individual promotion and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the specific promotion before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated timeframe results in automatic forfeiture of Bonus Funds.
• nagad9 reserves the right to withhold or void a bonus and any associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting the promotion in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements, or combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion.
• nagad9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed prior to the modification.

All bets placed on nagad9 are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports, markets, and casino games are published within the relevant product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by nagad9's systems and a bet reference number has been issued.
• nagad9 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or game at its discretion. Stake limits may vary by market type, event, or player account status.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are not guaranteed until the bet is fully confirmed. In the event of a technical error causing incorrect odds to be published, nagad9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player balances.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and network latency. nagad9 accepts no liability for in-play bets that cannot be placed due to connection issues on the player's side.
• Any bet placed on a market where the outcome has already been determined at the time of placement — due to technical delay or otherwise — will be voided and the stake returned.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using such tools will be permanently closed and all pending withdrawals forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nagad9 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and further legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment credentials.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer product.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt activity in relation to events offered for betting on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nagad9 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to disguise your true location.

nagad9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which this action may be taken include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• A request by the Account holder to self-exclude or close their Account voluntarily.
• Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. nagad9 will notify the Account holder by email before applying any dormancy fee or closing the Account.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited at nagad9's discretion. Where an Account is closed at the player's own request or due to inactivity, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nagad9 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, cyberattacks, or technical failures beyond nagad9's reasonable control.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.
• Losses arising from decisions based on information displayed on the Platform that was the result of a technical error or data feed failure.

Nothing in these Terms limits nagad9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. nagad9's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

nagad9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. nagad9 applies SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect the security of your data in transit.

nagad9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via Account notification or email at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of nagad9 should first be directed to our customer support team at the email address listed in the footer of this page. nagad9 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint within 14 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through nagad9's internal process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
